You couldn’t ask for a better option during the holiday market season! This location is ON TOP of the action with easy walk / transport to all else. Staff is super friendly (the dogs are too!) Loved and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

I booked the room through expedia. While check in, I got to know the hotel doesnot have any AC room. Hotel staff were kind enough to inform me that they will not charge anything and can cancel the booking. Accordingly I cancelled the booking. Now, even after one month, neither I have received any refund, nor the hotel or expedia respond my requests.

This was a perfect place to stay the night while enjoying the city's many different christmas markets. It is perfectly situated beside one of the markets which made it easy for us to take a break in our room, use the washroom and drop off packages. This simple little hotel had everything we needed for a night in Cologne.

Nice hotel

I´ve stayed at this nice hotel several times, and really enjoy the comfort and location. Although, this time, my room was never cleaned/made during the 3 nights stay. Maybe sustainability, I don´t know.

It's in a wonderful little square, and close to the train and popular attractions. it was a little loud, and no AC as far as I saw so windows open means you're getting up when the area becomes crowded and loud, and staying up as late as the area is still crowded, which means midnight.
