Very good at a very reasonable price. I will definitely stay again. Nothing wrong with it at all, but I would make 3 suggestions. 1) put dressers in the rooms 2) slow down the automatic door closers. They are too fast, especially in the handicapped rooms when more time to enter or exit is needed. 3) finally, i understand that this facility is designed for longer stays, and to keep prices down, house keeping has a weekly schedule. This is completely understandable. However, i would suggest allowing guest to pay for additional house keeping requests. Say $25 for an additional cleaning beyond the weekly. These suggestions in no way lessen my happiness with the stay. Very, nice, at a reasonable rate, and the court yard is beautiful. We will be back.

I loved everything about this hotel. Eddie at the desk went above and beyond after hours to get me into my room. Location was close to everything.

Best Hotel

I am hooked. From now on, this will be my first preference Hotel to stay at. It made me feel like I was at home and not at a hotel. It was very clean and had plenty stores nearby to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend this hotel located in Cleveland,Tn. The clerks were exceptional nice who worked with you to make your stay comfortable. Eddie was very nice. He had to assist me, after closing hours, to help me enter my room. He was pleasant and had lots of patience.

Excellent, clean, and quiet property. Beautiful spacious rooms at an exceptional price. In addition - we left a ring in our room and management was kind enough to facilitate finding it and mailing to back to us. I’ve traveled all over the country this last decade and stayed at many hotels. This is top of list. Highly recommend!

We came to Cleveland for a dance competition and did not get done till 11pm. I received a phone call from management with instructions on how to get our room keys bc front desk would be closed. And as directed room keys were in the correct locker. I will highly recommend everyone here and we will be back again.

This place was clean, well maintained, spacious and plenty of room for a family of four. Two queen beds and a pull out couch provided everyone their own place to sleep The kitchen was an added plus. Highly recommend over any Marriott courtyard or Holiday Inn. You pay less here and get more!
