We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and always had a good experience. However, this time our stay was not up to their regular standards. Our room had an obvious previous water issue, with a huge portion of the wall involved. During the night the leak started again and woke us up. The floor was wet and water was actively running down the wall and dripping from the ceiling. Since it was around 3 am, I opted to not switch rooms. We had only been given one bath towel so I had to call to get another, let alone enough to wipe up the water. The staff here is excellent and gives great service. I just feel that the property has deteriorated somewhat.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was great... The stay about two weeks earlier we were informed we would be put in a room that was also used by people w pets. Upon checkout, I told 'desk' I do not want to be in a room where there have been pets so 'desk' put that in "notes". When we returned ... it seemed problematic to "desk" that we did not want to be in room that also could be used for pets. I am uncertain now if we will stay there again unless I can be assured I can get a one king bed that has never 'contained' pets.

The room was clean and quiet despite the hotel being so close to the freeway. Great breakfast and a nice diner nearby for dinner. Would definitely recommend especially if you have a pet.

Everything was very very good except the only thing that needs improvement is that the breakfast hours were from 6am unit 9am every day, even on weekends. We didn't have to leave the hotel too early this Saturday but we had to get up earlier than we would otherwise in order not to miss the breakfast. Breakfast till 10:00 am on weekends would be nice. Thanks.
