For the price I payed it's what I expected. Nothing extra.

Nice view scenic and beautiful autumn. Near the area of Cracker Barrel.

Pricey for so old but nice people and not a bad stay...pool was refreshing...beds hard...better than a cheap hotel but not by much. nice view.

I booked a room at this hotel for a family wedding stay. My husband and adult son would not be able to come in until 3:00 a.m.; I explained this to the staff at check in; they were absolutely wonderful to work with and make every part of our stay a great experience. Our room was very clean and very quiet. We had a wonderful experience although we were not at the hotel for most of the stay so we did not make use of the dining facilities, pool, or work out room.

There was not a place to plug in my c-pap machine. The wiring was exposed.

Beautiful hilltop view but the room was very musty smelling, the coffee table had dirt all over it and the towels were threadbare. The continental breakfast was nice but there was not enough wait staff to serve beverages in a timely manner. The staff seemed ill-prepared and understaffed for the large number of guests there that weekend for a college graduation. It was inexpensive and you get what you pay for.

View of the mountains was nice; room was sufficient, cleanliness--on a scale of 1-10 was a 6-7 due to bath tub had hair on soap dish and side of tub. It was an inconvenience when I realized housekeeping forgot to put shampoo, bath soap and sugar & cream with coffee maker--I had to get dressed to answer the door when they delivered it. I wouldn't necessarily mention this, but it happened twice during my 3-night stay..

The rooms was comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and courteous and it was affordable. Highly recommended if you're looking for something not to pricey, right off the highway yet includes amenities like internet, irons and iron boards, etc that the Holiday Inn usually offers.

This hotel had a great view of the Tennessee river valley. It has a great location and the staff is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the southeastern Tennessee area.
