Good location in town. Very creepy esthetically for a single lady. Didnt even check in when i arrived just went somewhere else... couldnt cancel bc that wasnt allowed neither are refunds. 10/10 do not recommend.

Office was dark, locked and had no vacancy signs plastered all over the windows and doors. That didn't stop Hotels.com from selling me a nonexistent room anyway. Now they want to penalize me for "canceling" the worthless room I was sold. I had been driving for 16 hours and found myself having to try to find another hotel last minute late at night. Hotels.com wants to argue with me and stated they were unable to get a hold of anyone at the property to verify. Speaks volumes about Hotels.com. They sell nonexistent rooms in fully booked hotels and are then unable to communicate with those same hotels they represent, and somehow, that's my fault and I'm penalized by them. Avoid these OYO hotels and Hotels.com com at all costs. There are better options out there. I learned my lesson the hard way.
