Beautiful hotel with great central location close to Distrito 1. Very clean rooms, staff were amazing and friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, very delicious. Everyone was extremely attentive and courteous. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

The room was not clean—there was a wad of hair left in the shower. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. Parking is a major issue due to the restaurant on-site, which fills up the lot quickly. Accessing the hotel is also inconvenient; there is only one way to enter, and if you miss it, you have to drive a long way around just to get back.
