The room we got was in bad shape, broken bathroom sink countertop, towel rack bent and ceiling drywall was in need of repair. Mentioned these things to the front desk and a wall outlet was the only thing repaired. We were never offered another room for our 5 night stay.

El personal muy amable, pero hubo muchos detalles en el cuarto, por ejemplo una cucaracha en el baño, y se preguntaran, UNA cucaracha solamente, bueno para ser un hotel de tan prestigiosa cadena pues si, eso es demasiado, y también la taza del baño se undia de que era de poquisima calidad, la luz de uno de los espejos no funcionaba, una de las lámparas tenia el foco fundido, solo habia un gamcho en el closet, no habia refrigerador, solo estaba el mueble donde se supone que va, era mi 1ra vez qué visitaba ese hotel y no me quedaron ganas de volverme a quedar...
