Bit of a haul from the parking garage. Bit of a climb up the steps with luggage. Still, a lovely room and very efficient. Can't beat the location.Thermostat is in the closet, which makes for a very cold room - had to make adjustments in the wee hours. Nothing open on the pedestrian mall until 10am, so you might want to check out before breakfast/shopping.

Very clean, nice bed and bedding!

It’s small, but really clean and great bed. Bathroom is a nice size! Big shower! Great deal for a tony place to stay. :)

Exceptional Overnight

See review of Jeff Studio by me. I booked two rooms. One for my husband and myself and one for a friend. I cannot give this room a high enough recommendtion. There was a refrigerator in the room as well as a steamer! And parking was free. The location was perfectly wonderful! The room was immaculate, comfortable, quiet and exceeded any expectation for the price!

No-frills, perfect location

This is a PERFECT location for someone who wants a clean, safe, and nice place to stay and won’t spend much time in the room (which is very small and only has two small windows near the ceiling). You will not find a better location downtown. The only downside is how you can hear everything from your neighbors in the hallway, so light sleepers beware, but the white noise machine they included in the room was a delightful touch!

How it Should Be

Property exactly as advertised. Cute, clean, functional and great location. Easy and short walk from parking garage. Well worth the effort to be on a closed off street. Communication could not have been better. We will surely be staying again.

Great room in a great location!

We were in town to see a concert in the Jefferson Theater, and this boutique hotel above the venue provided the perfect overnight accommodations. The location on the downtown mall is ideal, in easy walking distance to many cool shops and restaurants. The room was exactly as described, neatly furnished and included a mini fridge and a Nespresso machine. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Great spot for a show

Instructions for the equipment were thorough. The property was very clean and well appointed. The only thing preventing 5 stars is that a couple of the electronic devices did not seem to be functioning properly (amp and white noise machine).

Great Location, Studio is Accurate

Went to a concert at The Jefferson Theater so this was a perfect spot. Probably the smallest and darkest hotel room I've ever stayed in, but it served its purpose. Maybe a bit pricey considering the size.

Great Location

Fantastic location for a fun one night trip -- very convenient to go right upstairs after a show downstairs. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom and room clean. Everything looked like the pictures. I would stay here again but try to get an end room, as the room next to ours turned out to be a mirror image of ours, which meant the headboards of the bed shared a wall... and you can guess where this is going here. The rooms are advertised as sound proof, but that doesn't apply to the percussion of our neighbors' headboard hitting the wall during their extensive midnight and somewhat shorter 7:30 am "bedroom activities." I think if the headboards were secured to the wall this could be prevented.

Great location

This is in the heart of downtown C'Ville. Nice decor and as small as advertised. Not a spot to hang, but plenty around to make it enjoyable. All in all, it was a good experience.
