The Space:

The Mediterranean Palm is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting. This unit is an ADA compliant, single floor vacation villa unlike any other in the heart of downtown.



The Mediterranean Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 8 guests between 4 bedrooms, 4 baths.

Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

The property was clean, updated and comfortably slept 8 people. 4 bathrooms was a plus! In terms of location, it was about a 15-20-minute walk and 5-8-minute Uber ride to the French Quarter, City Market, and waterfront. Girlfriends weekend, really liked the fact the space had 4 bedrooms each with separate bath. Very walkable to King Street & downtown (about 1.5 miles each way).
