Fulton Lane Inn is so gorgeous in the alley off of King Street. They really shed a great deal of southern hospitality on guests.

This hotel was centrally located and offered complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning and wine and cheese reception at its sister hotel next door in the evenings.

HVAC stopped working second day there, concierge said the maintenance person would be back the next day(we were leaving then. Had to open the window that night. Really had wished it were cooler outside that night. No more to be said.

Right on King St. Parking on back for $12 a day. Very nice staff. Comfortable rooms. Really a great place to stay.

The location here is perfect for culinary tourism, situated right in the heart of the burgeoning restaurant scene. The hotel amenities, including continental breakfast served in your room, afternoon wine & snacks, and evening sherry, were also very nice.

The inn is in a great location. It's close to everything. The staff was very friendly and we couldn't have asked for a better way to spend a long weekend. Shopping and many great restaurants are within blocks.

This hotel was right in the Historical District in Charelston. Was within walking distance to just about everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I left my sweater there and they mailed it out to me the same day I called to report it missing. Bed was super comfortable!! Would def stay there again!

My daughter and I stayed here two nights while in town for new student orientation at College of Charleston. We parked the car when we arrived on Wednesday night and didn't move it until we left Friday evening. It was an easy and enjoyable walk to campus, to the Market, to the Waterfront, and to the shopping and restaurants downtown. The customizable continental breakfast was delicious and delivered in a timely manner each morning. The staff were courteous and helpful with all requests. The setting is, of course, absolutely lovely. We will definitely consider Fulton Lane Inn for future stays.

The room was lovely and the breakfast delivered to your door was an added bonus. We also loved the nightly wine and cheese reception. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Staff was great. Got upgraded to a nice suite but overll expensive.

*The resort was not easy to find since the entrance doesn't face a street. It's down an alley. *The parking situation was ridiculous. There were barely enough spaces and they were far too small. Good place to get your door dinged. *Not enough lighting in the parking lot at night. Getting in and out of car can be hazardous. *There is no lobbey in this hotel only a room with a person at a desk that serves as concierge, check in and check out, etc. *Amenities in our bedroom were lacking compared to other hotels we've stayed in. No coffee maker or microwave, no storage for towels, toilet papter, etc. *Very small TV. No DVD player. Won't go back.

Our stay was simple and sweet! The location was fabulous! Our room was basic and clean. No bells and whistles, except for the complimentary continental breakfast delivered to our room every morning.

We stayed at the Fulton Inn and had the nicest time in Charleston. We parked the car in the hotel's lot (access from Market St).and left it there the whole time we were there because we walked to everything. Two great restaurants - Husk and Poogan's Porch are just around the corner. The room was spacious and quietly tucked away. I was skeptical about the continental breakfast but it was quite good. You can order it for when you want and they bring it to your room. Charleston was a wonderful respite from winter with warm, beautiful weather and flowers blooming.

The Fulton Lane Inn has incredibly helpful staff, a great continental breakfast brought to the room, and a phenomenal location in Charleston. Great pick!

very pleasant, the only problem is the lack of a breakfast room

Hotel was nice, perfect location and friendly, knowledgeable staff. TV very old, needs upgrade. Will bring continental breakfast to room, which is great if you don't want to get dressed to have your coffee. Also, complimentary wine happy hour every evening. Thought it was expensive, and can get a cheaper hotel, but would be a few blocks away from shopping and restaurants.

My husband and I spent our 1st year anniversary at Fulton Lane Inn. The location is extraordinary! The complimentary Sherry was very nice.

VERY cute Inn, that exceeded expectations. Price was a solid value, and the location is perfect. Staff was awesome and accommodating - even letting us leave our bicycles in their meeting room for safety. Wine/appetizer reception, in room cont. breakfast, and evening appertifs were really nice touches! Not sure why the overall rating is only 3 stars - Maybe they've had some recent improvements? We would definitely go back.

We had a great stay at Fulton Lane Inn! The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location could not have been better. We literally didn't move our car the whole time during our stay because we walked everywhere. Breakfast was great, not too filling. The room was beautiful and very spacious. Having stayed at other hotels downtown, the rooms at Fulton Lane Inn are much larger than the others. All in all we loved our stay and will be back again.

The location of this Inn was absolutely superb-close to everything...it was truely in the heart of the historic district on king street. It was also clean, friendly and incredibly fitting for the entire charleston experience. Would definitely stay here again!
