It would have been an excellent experience, but unfortunately, the front desk staff did not acknowledge our presence promptly upon our arrival for check-in. It seemed that finishing her conversation with another staff took priority over recognizing us.

Check-in staff was incredibly friendly and courteous!! I arrived 3 hours before check-in, and had a room ready for me!! After a long and arduous trip, using that extra time to rest in a comfortable and clean room was invaluable!!

Breakfast was great and at a good price. Parking is not so great. The indoor pool was under construction which took up a lot of space in the lobby/ breakfast area. There was a bad smell coming from the construction around the pool

Great location walkable to Convention Center

Chose this hotel as it was closest to convention center for Bridge run expo and bus connection to race start. Great location for this! Unfortunately, our room fridge did not cool properly, AC was off and on cooling, and the pool was closed for repairs. Kitchen did a great job with food considering they are undergoing renovations. Will recommend in the future.
