The room was clean with great views of the Harbor. Free room service of the complimentary breakfast to our room was a treat that we were not expecting, so that was a nice surprise! Daily housekeeping is almost extinct at most hotels these days but is still alive and well here. The car valet service was efficient and our car was always waiting for us by the time we took the elevator to the ground floor. Nice to know our vehicle was secure in their own garage.

Great staff with spacious rooms. The lobby area was inviting and had a great afternoon happy hour! The rooftop area was a great spot to hang out at. Overall nice property, close to the action with a nice view!

Everything: it is an impeccable place,beautifully decorated both in rooms and public places, wonderful creature comforts like bottled water, cocktail hour, milk and cookies and continental breakfast delivered to your room.
