I would only suggest that heat be turned on before guests arrive. It took hours to heat the place.

Its in the basement so you need to walk down a flight of stairs to get to it jus a fyi. Its quiet n very beautiful it was perfect for my family n the family i went to visit.

Cute and clean basement apartment

My husband, 4 kids and I really enjoyed our stay in this basement apartment. It seems to have been recently renovated. The appliances were all nice and new and there was everything that we needed to prepare food in the kitchen. The apartment was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The location was good too. The neighborhood was quiet but only a short drive to restaurants and stores. We would stay here again.
