Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It can be said that with a beautiful enough view of the world outside a window, the inside of a home is rarely seen. While standing in front of the floor to ceiling windows, gazing at the blending of textures and subtle colors between dunes, sea, and sky, it is hard not to appreciate the space I'm standing in. It was a perfect get-away spot that allowed my family the tranquil serenity of nature while blending the comforts of home. Thanks for a most memorable experience.

Love this place!

Very well-appointed property hidden away on the coast. The hosts were amazing, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. My family and I enjoyed the beach and peaceful surroundings. We will definitely return.

A well furnished setup

We really enjoy staying at Monterey Dunes each year. This rental is well furnished, and with good thoughtful supplies. One of the best rentals we have stayed at the colony.

Beautiful home in the dunes

This is a beautiful home IN the dunes! It really is a lovely surrounding and we found the house to be very comfortable. It was well equipped and roomy enough for 7 adults. Very relaxing, quiet, safe area.

Great option for out of town workers

We rented this house for some people coming in from out of town to work with us during Monterey Car Week. Peaceful, clean, great view of the ocean. Worked great for 4 co-workers to share!

Family getaway

It was the absolutely perfect place for old friends to meet between the Bay Area & Fresno. The unit promoted spending time together, was very clean, & plenty of sleeping spaces when the adults & kids needed a retreat. The proximity to the ocean is unbeatable & it was absolutely amazing to sit on the deck at night & stargaze. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We were happy with this rental. Great views from the Master Bedroom, the home functioned well and was well supplied. The only issue was that the couch and dining room chairs were so old there were no springs left making sitting very uncomfortable.

Overall our stay was great. Easy beach access, quiet, peaceful. The house was fine, everything worked. Kitchen was equipped adequately, if with old well worn stuff. The kitchen is also too dark.

Well-Equipped Beach Getaway

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this property is! It was incredibly well-equipped and allowed my family and I to prepare elaborate meals and enjoy time on the beach. The rental management company was very communicative and the check-in and out process was a breeze!
