Located in Monterey Dunes Colony, a private gated community located between Santa Cruz & Monterey. Single story beach town house across the street from the clubhouse w/community pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts, bocce ball, volleyball, basketball, a putting green, and a driving cage. The home has high vaulted ceilings, many large picture windows & sliding doors to take advantage of panoramic views of the ocean and a direct path to the beach. Featuring a Big Green Egg BBQ (charcoal and fire starting bricks provided) . Association rules limit the occupancy to 6 persons. 2 night minimum (3 nights peak season).
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Such a wonderful location! The amenities and property were beautiful, we appreciated the quiet getaway just hop skip and jump away from Monterey. The kids enjoyed the beach, we spotted some crabs, whales, pelicans, cormorants, snowy plovers, gulls, whimbrel and so many more species of birds.

Our family had a wonderful time at Jeff & Pam's beautiful place!! The ocean view was incredible and we loved hearing the sound of the waves. The recommendations from Jeff & Pam were very helpful & our kids loved the snacks that were left for guests. The short walk to the beach was a big highlight. If you are looking for a nice, quiet and private beach front property, this is the place. You are just steps away from the beach and the view is beautiful all day long. The home is cozy yet the living area is large enough for gathering as a family for meals and hanging out. The home and kitchen are fully equipped so we were not in want for anything our whole stay. There are also the community pool and sports areas. Jeff and Pam are excellent hosts and great at communicating. We brought my elderly mother to enjoy being by the beach and it was just what we were looking for. Thank you!
