Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It is extremely disappointing that such an unsatisfactory property is featured on your website. Upon arriving with my family, I was astonished that this property is listed, especially given the condition of the surrounding area. There were garbage bags placed outside the entrance, emitting an unpleasant odor. It is unsafe for families with children to stay in such an environment. Furthermore, despite sending photographs to the property management team and requesting either a refund or an alternative accommodation, they have outright refused my request.
