This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Views of Cardiff Bay from the rooms are spectacular. The room was large with a balcony and extras such as nespresso machine and bathrobes. The bar/lounge area is a relaxing place for a drink.

The room was lovely ,the only thing that let it down was the coffee machine was not a nice tasting coffee and there were no coffee sachets available to make your own coffee using the kettle. Breakfast was very over priced at £25 pp.Only one lift worked so was very slow getting to and from the room.

Not clean at all!!! Indeed housekeeping missed our room and decided to clean at8pm on our request. On our return..NO CLEANING DONE. Dirty cups, plates, tables and bathroom. All we got ws new towels. had to request toilet paper too!!! UNACCETABLE!!
