Arrived before check in opened and staff were amazing letting me check in early. The room was fantastic for a one night stay. The hotel was above the pub which was a great way to spend the evening. Theres also two pub cats so if you like cats, it’s a brilliant place.

Room was clean spotless and great location..... Very minor quibble which if changed can make all the difference. The bedside cabinet also features at the kettle and tea coffee facilities... Leaving no room to put your phone or bits on.... Also to fill the kettle the tap is too short meaning you can only put in a small amount till it spills all over the floor soaking socks....small quibble but otherwise great location and clean and tidy with helpful friendly staff

I can’t fault The Crofts Hotel. The service was brilliant. Lovely friendly team. The room was spacious, modern and clean, the breakfast was delicious with proper bacon instead of the cheap thin bacon you get some places. The whole experience offered excellent value for money.
