Located 2.5 miles from downtown and 15 miles from the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, this home has easy access to any adventure you're looking for. This truly is your home away from home and you will find everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Full Kitchen, 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms(2 queens, 2 twin bunk beds), smart tv's, 2 car garage, washer/dryer
-We look forward to hosting you. We’ve taken a great of pride in our vacation rental and are happy to share it with you. The following are house expectations and things to expect.
-Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on site.
-Trash needs to be placed in a trash receptacle
-All dirty dishes need to be placed in the dishwasher at the end of your stay and the dishwasher needs to start before you check out
-All used towels need to be placed in the laundry basket in the laundry room
-All used beds need to be stripped, sheets need to be placed in the laundry basket in the laundry room
-We want you to enjoy your visit, however, parties and large gatherings are not permitted on site
-Refrigerator and pantry needs to be emptied when you check out
-Toys need to be placed back into the toy basket when you check out
-If the grill is used, please cover and unhook propane after use
-Property has 3 outdoor cameras covering entrances and 1 in the garage
-If it snows, we will need to access the garage to get snow shovels, and snowmelt
