The room was nice and clean, very dim lights, but room service came every day and cleaned. Everyone was very friendly. The staff was very nice, there were not a lot of food options available in the middle of the day and the pool is closed at 6 PM. A short pool day would be the reason why I would not go back. Although everyone was kind a lot of of the party and did not start until 10 o’clock and ended around 3 AM during the course of the day they weren’t a lot of shows or activities. This was very much a chill vibe.

I had a great room, with the garden view and close to the pool. Odalys the front desk receptionist was Great! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made you feel welcome. She checked me in and also was there when I checked out with a smile. The whole staff from bell boys to the entertainment staff were awesome. Great place, great people.
