The staff is what stood out for me the most. The entertainment staff were amazing and friendly. My house keeper Esmeralda always left the room spotless and always made sure we had everything we needed. Reyes at the buffet took care of my friends and I. He always knew our drink order and would bring it without us even having to ask. The resort overall is great, but could use some update.

Cons: - 2nd floor room has a roof few. Barely any ocean very disappointing for the price paid. - I wouldn’t recommend for younger (under 40) couples. Crowd is respectful just may not be right vibe for younger ppl. - Some reservations to restaurants are booked prior to reservation windows open but manager try to make it right if you complain… - The shop downstairs is super overpriced ($61 USD slippers). - beach is tiny - didn’t like room at all.. Pros - Food overall is good but no spices added. Tastes like what it is but fresh. - room service included

The check in process was so seamless and the staff was truly helpful! They let us know what perks were available to us because we used Expedia to book and it really made a difference for our stay. Been here many times and this will probably be the last! While the hotel staff was great as usual the clientele is rude and obnoxious - I understand that this is a ‘party’ atmosphere but when guests have music blasting in the hallways or are yelling until 5am every night and they aren’t corrected/ this makes what should be a relaxing vacation a nightmare! The food quality has also gone down/ didn’t expect 5 star dining but this wasn’t even close to 2 or 3 star.

This was our 6th visit and we can’t wait for our 7th! The check in process at the Expedia counter was super fast and easy! Odalys and Hayver we so helpful and friendly. The manager Andrea does a great job keeping her staff updated and efficient. The staff at sea flirt breakfast ( Charly and Jair) always went above and beyond for us. The playmakers were so entertaining and fun! And as 2 single women, the security staff always made us feel safe (Daniel was protective and kind). We are already planning our next stay and highly recommend this resort if you’re looking for a fun, safe, environment!
