There's mold in the shower, bathroom fan and the t v didn't work, phone and room didn't work. Stale old smell. Ask to switch rooms, I was told to sit and wait for maintenance to show up so that they could fix my stuff in my room like I just finished work. I just wanted to relax, and I had somebody coming and going out of my room to fix my stuff.Weird place, weird vibe won't say again

Don’t recommend

I stayed here before and over all had a good stay. This time I wasn’t so fortunate..over booked hotel, we didnt get access to our room until after 9:30pm, even though we checked in at 7pm and then it wasnt even the room I booked. We requested to be moved to the room we paid for and were told it could be done the next day. After following up with the front desk many.. many.. times, we finally got move at 4:00pm the next day. Literally no one cared, I feel bad for the front staff, as I wasn’t the only one complaining about issues with my room.

Overall an okay hotel if you are looking for a lower cost place to stay. The pool is nice. However it overall feels a bit run down as ice machines and such are out of order, no air conditioning and the showers aren’t the best.

Unacceptable hardware

Part of the carpet close to the window was unreasonably soaking. The tap and the shower was leaking. Sounds keep coming out. And the worst thing was the power outrage in my room because of fuse burning. I was waiting like almost 15 more minutes without anyone coming. P.S. The hotel refused to change me another room. I would like to go to the gym but that the gym was like a swimming pool (see picture).

I was expecting something like how they market the place online but it wasn’t, the pictures online were only for marketing purposes and not the ones in the property. Our overall stay was good, our room was clean (we are not the messy type of guests so i know they didnt have a hard time during our stay), the staff were accommodating/easy to approach. They don’t offer breakfast but it wasn’t a challenge since the place is surrounded with a lot of good restaurants, even near to shopping centers and gas stations. Few improvement on the cleaning part, at the side door going to the parking lot coz everytime we used yhay door going to the parking, it was stinky.
