Unsatisfied Experience:
When we arrived and checked in, we immediately tried to turn on the air conditioning because it was extremely hot in the room. To our surprise, the aircon wasn’t working. I tried calling the front desk using the room phone but received no answer. I called again around 8 to 10 times, even using my personal phone, but still no response.
I ended up walking all the way to the front desk, even though our room was located at the far end. I reported the issue, and they sent a maintenance person who said it would take about an hour to fix the aircon. We waited patiently, but after two hours, nothing had changed. I tried calling the front desk again multiple times—still no answer. Once again, I had to walk all the way there.
By this time, it was already past 9 PM, and we were exhausted. The only solution they offered was to bring a fan. But in such a warm room, a fan just blows hot air around. As a result, my boyfriend and I barely slept and were extremely uncomfortable the entire night.
We booked this room specifically to rest and relax, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we've had. This is not the standard of service or comfort we expected.
