The outside of the hotel needs a facelift but the interior is nice. The staff were very friendly. The indoor pools and waterpark are a unique and fun feature.

Every employee I interacted with was fabulous. They were kind and informative. The property is in a good location. Lots of restaurant options close by. However, the restaurants at the hotel were excellent and very reasonably priced. It was quite a nice surprise. I went to the pool a couple of times and quite enjoyed it. I went first thing in the morning (0800) and it wasn’t very busy at all
