Clean and comfy good location

I was there for one night for work. It was a quick walk to shops and restaurants. They have a nice “pantry” to shop from in the lobby for snacks and drinks.

We could hear people coughing and walking around on the floor upstairs. My son complained that his sheets smelled like b.o. The room appeared clean and neat, but the lighting was low, water pressure was low, and the tub didn't drain water.

Hotel lobby under renovation, lots of construction folks in the lobby which was itself taped off. Reception folk were preoccupied with them when we arrived. There is no parking included except expensive valet or metered on street parking. On the plus side, the room itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to do in Burlington.

The place was great but they were under repairs and construction. This is not a jab against them. The place is going to be great when construction is complete. I am looking forward to going there again and see the amazing staff again.

Beware: construction zone

This property is under major renovation. It was a problem from the minute we arrived. Construction vehicles blocked the valet area and we had to go inside to find someone. There is ONLY valet here. We could hear guests on the rooms above and next to us. The entire first floor is a hard hat zone. It is a long walk thru construction areas to the elevators. The floor in our room was thin and bouncey. The bar/breakfast area is without any character. The front desk was nice but told us it was “corporate’s decision” not to notify anyone abt the construction.

This property is under major construction which they did not disclose, so you have to walk through a major work zone to get to the elevators. The restaurant is also apparently under construction and seemed extremely understaffed. Although the property advertised a pool, I saw no signs that this existed -- maybe it was hiding behind one of the temporary walls? It's infuriating to spend full price on a hotel to learn that it is under renovation. This should be disclosed when you make a reservation. On the plus side, the location is excellent and the valet parking was speedy and efficient.

The check in was extremely problematic. Although Expedia showed I had booked 2 rooms, the hotel only showed 1 room booked. It took almost 30 minutes to get that sorted out. Additionally, a good part of the first floor of the hotel is going through renovations and was very messy and unattractive. I know these things have to be done but the overall experience, despite having numerous good experiences a this hotel, wasn't great.
