Good hotel! We enjoyed sauna and pool. Thank you! We recommend it.

The site is not aging well. Exterior paint pealing, dirty exterior and stains at each brick panel near A/C box units. Overall maintenance in and out is poor at best. There is no ongoing maintenance work being done to keep the site up to standards that fit the market. Even though we have stayed here for years we will be looking at another near site in the future. The room interion and HVAC in room is not maintained and HVAC is a jet engine on and off all the time and loud. Bath door dplintering anditems that that all around. The staff were pleasant and good to deal. It is ownership and maintenance that is taking the site from our list.

Usually, the Holiday inn is my hotel of choice as far as chains go. But, this hotel fell far below usual standards. The AC/Htg. Unit kept us up a good part of the night until we pulled out plug. Very Noisy! You can hear neighbors constantly. So, the noise insulation was very poorly designed. Upon covering mattress with sheets because fitted sheet came off in a corner, a blood stain was noticed. So, not very impressed with our final night in New England.

Strongest attribute was the staff. Very friendly and efficient. Good location. Breakfast area too small, food OK. Pool much too cold. Overall good value, good experience.

Stayed at his Holiday Inn to participate in CYCLE 4 CMT. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, or omelet with bacon, sausage, & pancakes, in addition to continental fair. Quiet except for stomping overhead on 5th floor. Dinner next door at The Lakeview House Restaurant, cob salad, cheddar chicken was very good. Reception desk person told us afterwards, that we could have saved 10 if we had showed our room key. Should have mentioned that at check-in. Heated pool was cool.

Old and smelly. The refrigerator was unplugged and the water from the freezer got the floor wet and smelled. Not well maintain as other HIE's we have stayed at..

I stayed at this hotel a year ago for a week for my daughter's wedding. I was able to answer all with 5 stars then. This time, the elevator was out of order around 11pm. The person on duty told us to walk up to the next floor and take a different elevator accessible from that floor. It was fine for me, but not sure what a handicapped guest would do. My coffee pot did not work and the sinks did not drain. I'm sure this would be taken care of, but I was only there overnight. I would still try this hotel again, as my first experience there was quite good.

Location is great if you have a car. You can drive to Burlington or the mountains within 5-15min. Downside: Hotel is a little bit old.

Quiet, Clean, good price, great breakfast. I had employees staying while working on a nearby project and it was a perfect place for a professional team to get a good night's sleep, and the price was the best in the area.

The room was clean, the price is reasonable, breakfast was good. This is a a good basic room, it is nothing fancy but is comfortable and clean.

We stayed Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. The first 2 nights were great although we were a little further away from town then we had expected and would have wished. The last night we were there was awful. Really really loud, ton of kids running up and down the hallways, someone pounding on our door at 4am waking us up, and it sounded like the person in the room above ours was jumping up and down over and over again. Based on Saturday night alone I wouldn’t stay here again.

Easy to get to, comfortable room, no hassles--all you need for a basic hotel stay, and the price was reasonable.

Very happy with this hotel. Nice room, pool, sauna, hot tub . Great selection of food items for complimentary breakfast. Would stay here again if ever in the area .

The room and staff were fine but the pool was quite a letdown due to how cold it felt .

We have stayed here before for New Years and we have not been disappointed. Very busy for breakfast but we managed!

This hotel was top notch. They went out of their way when my flight was delayed, not once, but twice and were very accommodating. The only real problem with this stay was the lack of a restaurant that was open morning to evening in the near vicinity, ie walking distance.

good atmosphere and convenient facilitites , location i good if you have car

Good for our quick overnight with a great breakfast to start the next day. Couch in the room was a little tired but nothing else negative to say.

I have stayed here twice visiting my daughter at UVM. Nice hotel, good location, clean, quiet, very nice staff.

I enjoy the Holiday Inn express in South Burlington very much. To have the shuttle to and from the airport is good. I needed that for my trip. Even if I appreciated everything including a complete continental breakfast, I still thing it is too expensive.
