It was a busy weekend with graduations....We had reserved a room with two beds (a year ago), but got one king? size bed instead. It couldn't be changed, but my daughter and i were very comfortable and satisfied with the room. Breakfast was late is getting set up, one thing came out at a time. coffee machine wasnt working at first. But I was told there was a new person working, so we gave her some slack and never complained. Overall I rated 5 stars and was very happy with accomodations.

The young man at the desk was incapable of communicating with the public. He was at the desk at 5 pm on Sunday 3/30. He sent the shuttle to the airport to pick me up after I dropped off my rental car. I confirmed this with him in person and by phone. I asked if I should stand under the shuttle sign at BTV and he said yes "the shuttle area". After 45 minutes waiting in the freezing cold I called him back. A woman answered and said that an Uber went to pick me up and I was not in the Uber area. I called the desk again as they said another was sent. No show this time. I ordered an Uber on my own. On returning to the hotel the young man would not admit his error nor offer any apology... He just kept claiming that he sent an uber. There was no Uber nor shuttle ever sent. I paid for my own Uber

The property, rooms is gorgeous and clean. The breakfast area was busy and they could not keep up with the demand. I asked for bread for toast and they said they dont have, however i peaked in the kitchen and there was a loaf of bread on the counter top that they refused to take out. So to be frank, the kitchen staff was rude...

They were very nice and understanding as my flight was 4 hours late. I got to have a late check out and sleep in. Thank you! Then I was able to get a shirtless back to suitor to get my rental car so I didn't have to call Uber
