The inside looks better than the outside. Convenient to Knotts Soak City and Knotts Berry Farm. It’s easier to just leave your car here than actually park at the amusement park. Pool is heated on site and staff was super nice.

Beds are uncomfortable and move around so easily, bleach stains on cover and blood or coffee on top sheet. No do not disturb signs for us to opt out of cleaning for privacy, cleaning supplies left behind in our room. Shower is awful and unventilated, leakea and makes entire bathroom wet. Door is ubsealed so allows for a lot of light, draft and sound to come in.

It’s nice but beds are not comfortable hurt your back cleanses was so so but sheets had stains overall it’s a 4 they need new mattress and sheets !

Terrible Terrible Terrible

The employees at the front desk were nice & helpful but the room was terrible. This place is kind of ran down. When you walk in the stairway, it smells like marijuana. There is only 1 ice machine which you have to go to the front desk and ask for ice. The room & the refrige had a wierd smell to it. We had to spray a lot of perfume inside to take away the smell. There was a half dead roach on the floor. If you got back to the hotel late at night, you will have a hard time finding parking. Some people also parks over the lines due to parking spots being small. This was on of the worst place we ever stayed at. Not worth the price that they charge. We will not stay here ever again.

It was a great overnight location for a great day at Knotts berry farm with my grandson. Highly recommend for a great family rate!

Good and not so good...

I am struggling to write this review. I felt welcomed, and the area was quiet and felt safe. However, this appears to be an older property in great need of maintenance, some of which appears to be minor. The main issue was whatever air freshener was being sprayed. It was overwhelming and difficult to air out. There were no places to charge anything on the nightstands. The TV was down to one channel after the first night. The floors evidently hadn't been mopped in some time. The bathroom faucet was dripping. An electrical outlet almost immediately overheated my charger. All said, the bed was comfortable and it was a convenient area to where I wanted to go. Would I stay here again? I don't know. I let the front desk know of these issues, and the gentleman was gracious. I'm not able to upload photos for some reason.

The suite that we had was super huge, which was really nice. My only complaint would be that the floors needed to be a little bit cleaner, but other than that, it was nice.
