This property was very poorly maintained. The rooms are visibly dirty with hardly anything stocked in them. We saw several bugs, including a roach(in the main lobby where the "dining area" is). The toilet in our room didnt flush because it was so clogged. so much so, we had to have someone come to fix it. The coffee makers in the room were also clogged and looked to have mold in them. We had to switch our room due to the noise level in the room next to us and in both of our rooms, the floors were literally peeling off and broken. The pool was suppose to be the saving grace but sadly, it was not. We were there for 2days and 1 night. During our entire stay the pool had someones clothing inside of it and all the trash recepticles outside and near the pool were over flowing with trash. When we checked out, they were still overflowing. Its unfortunate because, the staff were very kind. Its very clear that the priority isnt cleanliness, or comfort and that there is near zero effort put into the maintenance of this facility. Also, they dont seem to have a supply of anything. We had 1 towel in our room for 4 people. When we went to the front desk to ask for towels, their linen closet was empty. The front desk person had to go into a vacant room to get us a few more towels.

My room smelled weird and, while cool, it felt damp. The pool was out if service, but no one told me that until the day after I checked in. None of the ice machines worked. The juice dispenser was out of order. There was dog food on my room floor. I had to prop a trash can against the drapes to keep them closed.

One of the 2 beds had broken springs, made a horrible noise and sagged in the middle. Door didn't close or seal well. Found half empty package of false eyelashes on chair. Faucet loose making it hard to use.

The air conditioners leak into the carpets so bad that by the time you check out a day early because the pool is also closed and the breakfast is a joke the floor all the way to your kids bed is soaking wet and so gross you don’t even want to open the curtain. We checked in noticing that the condition of the hotel was not that as listed thru Expedia.The staff was rude, indicating that there were no more towels until the next morning.The phone in the room was inoperable, along with the television that had an electrical short preventing us from using it. The appliances (microwave and refrigerator) were dirty and had food or some other residue on them.The room had a strange smell similar to mildew which would explain the rusty light fixtures etc. The toilet had feces in it and was not clean. The furniture was dirty with food underneath the cushions. The beds looked as if the were found in the dumpster. The electrical sockets were missing covers and had exposed wires. The front door would not close fully and had some type of makeshift repair using a peice of cardboard on the back. The pool had a green tint to it and had algae actively growing in it. Even with these poor conditions me and my family of four remained positive. However the deal breaker was when my son noticed a roach crawling near him. I looked behind the nightstand only to find more alive and dead roaches. We quickly packed our belongings. I went directly to the manager on duty MP who refused to veiw the footage on my phone of our concerns. He indicated that he would refund our stay but was not capable due to only being an employee.
