So bad I cried

The facility was disgusting. After arriving at 7:00pm from a long day of traveling the front desk told me they gave my room away. I reserved a 2 bed room as my sister decided last minute to come with her husband. They had no 2 bed rooms. When I complained he sent me to a disgusting, mold smelling room with rusty metal, cigaret burns in the bedding and a bad pillows. The wooden cabinets were poorly painted white and it was bad.
