The unit was very well maintained and clean, one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It is well cared for and everything was in top notch shape. Definitely recommend if you are in the area!!

I would have given all 5 stars, but the sliding glass door that goes to the balcony was a huge pain to open and close. I could barely open it by myself. Also, the window in the bedroom downstairs has no covering on it so if you like to sleep past the crack of dawn you may want to sleep upstairs because that bedroom gets BRIGHT. Other than that it was a great stay.

My son and I had great time! It’s a cozy little condo and so close to everything. It was clean and well kept and had great WiFi. The only problem I had with this stay was the master bedroom. In that room is a skylight-like window about 15 ft up that faces east and has no blinds, curtains or shutters. So, by 6am it is blindingly bright in the room and there’s nothing you can do about it. As a general rule I don’t like getting up at 6 on vacation, but other than that it’s a great little place.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was great and beautifully decorated. We we’re grateful for the coffee filters, sugar and extra blankets :) Check-in and out was a breeze! The only minor thing to us was the beds were a little bit harder then we like but that’s a personal preference. Overall a cute and accommodating place for our weekend getaway!

Pond View Oasis from Houston

Check in process was not great, they didn’t contact me with codes to enter property. After that the only other issue was that they forgot to give us a parking pass. I got a warning ticket. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again although the pond view was nothing special. I’d choose the view of the mountains next time, they were spectacular. Good safe area, close enough to everything Branson has to offer. I’d give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Best place we’ve stayed in 13 years!

We’ve been coming to Branson for 13 years and this is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. The unit is exactly as it appears in the photos. (View of the pond is better in person actually.) Super quiet and clean. The loft is a perfect space for a teen. Access to a pool would be nice, but we’re gone most of the time anyway. Small issue with the WiFi password was resolved immediately. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

New owners made us rebook 3 days before visit

Property sold friday before our visit on Thursday, new owner forced us to cancel our reservation and rebook which turn out to be a problem. Will never book a property again owned by this group. The show vouchers they said would be in the room were not there, the code for the door did not work. The unit was good and was what we needed.
