Check-in was lengthy and you're made to listen to a salesman try to talk you into attending a seminar about their other properties. Room was clean and nice. Exterior issues of the property need fixed.

When we checked in their internet was down, so they didn’t take our credit card info. They didn’t try to contact us to get our credit card information until after we checked out, 4 days later, and then they were frantically trying to get our info so they could charge us the $40 in resort fees we owed. They recommended when their internet was down that we use our own hot spots on our phones… the dryer was broken and the maintenance person didn’t fix it, my husband had to. There were also boogers on the pillow cases for the pull out couch, which makes me question if they wash their bedding well? The pool building was awesome and one of the highlights of our trip. The room wasn’t the cleanest, but it was livable for the 4 days we were there. It’s also a timeshare, so they tried to make us attend a meeting to get a free stay next time we come.

Stayed in the biggest best room the hotel offers, The grand suite. The bedrooms had trash from the last people who stayed, The spa tubs had black mold growing in the caulking and one of the doors fell of the track when we opened it in one of the rooms. In the master, the hot tub came on and off several times throughout the night, randomly, waking our baby. We found someone’s old slippers under one of the beds as well. The room was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. We were extremely disappointed to say the least.

Be prepared to listen to a sales pitch.
In order for you to get a parking pass, you have to listen to a timeshare pitch. When I said no multiple times, the guy became rude and smarted off I guess you’re just good with your finances like that. When we got to our room, the room had a funny smell to it.

This property is within 5 minutes of Branson’s 76 strip with all it has to offer. And yet it is quiet and safe. It has a huge indoor pool, perfect for kids to play. Checkin is easy, checkout is even easier. The staff are wonderful, always giving a kind greeting and asking if there’s anything we need. Thanks again for a great stay!

We love staying here, but i dont appreciate having to listen to someone try to sell me a timeshare in order to get my parking pass. Then they kept calling wanting me to pay them to sell to me. We come every year, but if this happes again we wont use this property again.

CAUTION TIME SHARE
I know after putting this I will get we will let our management know buts it’s whatever. Be very cautious of this place it’s a time share and they don’t tell you that when or before u book but we got called 8 am for two days wanting us to go in a tour that we said we weren’t interested in and the jacuzzi started pushing someone else’s hair out of the jets. They are very pushy. I for one will not stay there again.

Always want to sell you a time share
Loved the place. The only thing is the amount of pressure to attend the time share sales presentation. You wanted a late check out, then come to the presentation and it’s done. You want more free vacation days, come to the presentation. You want cash card or show tickets, come to the presentations. When I said I need to have a late check out I was giving one hour extra but we can do better if you attend the presentation. To me and my traveling party was the negative part.

Besides not being told they were going to push for us to go to timeshare meetings when we checked in, everything was great. Rooms was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities. Staff was wonderful as well.
