The first night there was a EXTREMELY loud guest in the room on the next floor above us.We called several times to the front desk.One of the times the clerk told is that the people above us were”just enjoying their vacation”!!(while ruining ours!)Finally the night manager went and talked to them and the people left the next morning.Besides this everything was fine..

Room was a little tired looking. We usually stay at Wyndham Mountain Vista which has more room and updated. Staff etc was very nice and accommodating. We come several times a year and only stay at Wyndham

Would definitely stay here again. Love the room but it needs more sound proofing between the adjoining does. Savannah at registration was super friendly & very helpful. We loved her! The boys that helped in the theater area were great too.

The accommodation were great. But be ready for a sales pitch at check in. We were not expecting that and were frustrated with the process. We’re also out $40 because they were not clear about their “free rewards” and their “short” video and survey.

We really enjoyed the property for our visit to Branson. Conveniently located and nice amenities. I would warn you that it is a "time share" property and they will try to get you to listen to their sales pitch. I did not know that when I booked on hotels.com so it was a surprise when we arrived. The indoor hot tub was nice and hot which is unusual for most places. It was the end of the season for outdoor pools so we didn't get to experience those. The one bedroom condo unit was spacious and clean.

My room had no body soap dispenser in the front bathroom. I was my hair and body was already wet. Slickest tub floor I ever encountered. I fell and bruised my back and ribs. Need to put in not slip mats or change tub and shower. Alao, there was no door or shower curtain. Otherwise room was wonderful. Will be back!!
