The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel was very clean. Had enough towels, soap, etc. We needed a razor and the front desk delivered one to us quickly and for free. The free breakfast was hot and ready on time and it was good. Fresh coffee was available prior to breakfast. After checking out, we realized we had a personal key missing. When I called the hotel, a staff member who answered was near the room we had and checked the room while on the phone with me!

The view from the breakfast room is one of the nicest features as the hotel sits at the top of a hill. Clean facilities, freshly painted, beds comfortable. Breakfast selection ok, no fresh fruit. AC in room older but adequate. Friday and Saturday night free dessert receptions were a nice touch. Would stay here again.

My room was at the very back which woukd be fine except the elevators are very far away. The hallways are very hot, the stairways are even hotter, smell bad, and it was a struggle getting my bags up and down as I was on the 3rd floor. The hotel is clean and was definitely worth the money. Had a few minor issues, low water pressure, chirping smoke detector. I told the desk clerk about the smoke detector but she didn't seem to care.

Decent older hotel. Great room rates. Only issues I had is pool I thought was supposed to be heated so water was colder than I preferred but the kids still enjoyed it. Breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic and seating is limited for such a large hotel.

This property is clean and easy to use. Amenities are few and the breakfast is ok, but not great. The staff was kind and helpful. This place is stay-able. Just not super nice.

Minor discomforts, but overall good stay!

Was a comfortable stay, but they could have used more pillows on the bed for pillow type options. Also, the elevator was right with the vending machine causing it to be difficult to maneuver with our bags. Other than that, everything was clean and comfortable.

Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Nothing fancy but if you're looking for nice beds, clean rooms and breakfast provided, this is the place. Nice lobby with tables to play cards or serve pizzas to your group. Breakfast was buffet style and included biscuits/gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, juice, yogurt and more. The one attendant was working her butt off to keep serving line full and yet remained attentive to the needs of guests. I saw her help a young child get juice and she helped another family carry their items to a table. Great job!! We would stay here again!

We had a great stay. It was close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean. The only negative we had was upon check-in when we stood awkwardly waiting for 10 minutes for the receptionist finished what was obviously a personal call.
