This property is absolutely horrid ! From the location to the employees. The location is swarmed by zombie like homeless individuals all day and all night. Walk into the lobby and the homeless are just sitting around everywhere. Asking for money , walking in and out for free coffee and such . The staff allows this image of the property by not regulating it. Then the little boy that works the front desk with tattoos on his arms doesn’t like when guests ask questions . I asked a question and he began balling his fists raising his voice and threatening me. Like this was normal and okay to do to guests here . Let alone buddy lives at the hotel. The employees all live there . It’s wild to say the least. This property needs some guidance and to be audited for sure !

I was greeted by a homeless man at the door. He followed me in and asked for a bathroom key which he was promptly given so I guess maybe he lives there. The tweaker at the front desk eventually stopped obsessing over his computer and checked me in. I had asked for a room that no pets had been in, since they said they were "pet friendly". He said, "We're pet friendly — pets can be in any room." This is a problem for the large percentage of the population who have allergies to pet dander. But unlike other hotels who reserve only certain rooms for pets, this one gives them run of the place. I ended up leaving and walking across the street to a better hotel.

The rooms were a little bit beat up but the cleanliness of the rooms and friendliness of the staff was exceptional! Also the price was the best I found in the area.
