Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Outside grounds garbage needed attention. Pool needed cleaning!!! Overall a good stay with good amenities.

It would have been better if we had known they were remodeling. We used the grill area to cook our dinnernfor a party and it was awkward. Otherwise, the stay was very nice.

Ordinarily the Residence Inn by Marriott is typically always an excellent choice, with comfortable rooms, full kitchen, good facilities. However for this 4 day stay there were some issues: they were undergoing construction which was distracting but not too much of an issue. The noise of the highway and worse still the sound of the nearby train running and whistle at night made it hard to sleep. The breakfasts were poorly presented, they forget to put out salt one day, didn't have any scrambled eggs or bowls the next, the bananas were old and another morning they ran out of yogurt and milk. The housekeepers didn't remove the trash under our bathroom sink or a used washcloth from the tub. The room itself was nice but we had expected better services and a quieter location.

Nice place but was under construction, neighboring room had dog that barked a lot and the eggs were powdered eggs.

Chaco system loud and not performing. Room quite small for the price in Bozeman. Especially at the poor location

Nice, clean, pleasant and great views. The kitchen is laid out very nice and it is a comfortable place.

Everything is four or five star about this hotel except for the fact there are no dampers or cushions on the doors. For some inexplicable reason, American travellerrs love to start moving out at 4:30 or 5 o'clock in the morning (hey folks… You're on vacation… Chill out!!) It was a cacophony of slamming doors between 5 and 6:30 AM that ruined an otherwise perfect experience

Amazing place, My trip was to yellowstone national park, I would've stayed in Bozeman in this hotel and drive one houre every day instead of staying in the hotel at the park by same price and away less quilty than this one!!

The room was very comfortable and the decor was very fresh and modern.

Overall the stay was good but it could have been better.

Nice hotel - really liked the mini kitchen with frig, microwave, and dishwasher. Great place for extended stays

The residence Inn Bozeman has wonderful front office staff and is supported by an array of restaurants that deliver orders to your room the sleeping accomdation is great and if you get a mountain view room well it is all that pleasing to the eye . The hotel is let down by terrible housekeeping staff who sometimes even leaving cleansers in the room and never vacuum and never wash dishes or even if you put the dishes in the automatic dishwasher will not supply the soap and turn it on though at all Residence Inns they are instructed to do so . The breakfast selection is also poor and there are no ready made meals at their market place for Vegans or people with religious restrictions (I.e. Kosher or Halal ).

Overall great place to stay. I recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Montana.

Excellent all the way around. The room was spacious and had lots of natural light. The bed was comfortable.

Generally a nice hotel. The staff were polite and funny. Probably made the experience better than the hotel itself.

Value could be better....however Bozeman is high where ever you stay.

Good solid motel/hotel, with a great staff and clean rooms. No more, no less. Will definitely stay again...

Real value for the cost. Hot breakfast very enjoyable.

Staff was friendly and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. Enjoyed my stay and would return to this property.

Dear Kathleen, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your stay with us. While I am happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. With the completion of our remodel, we will have a bigger grilling area in our courtyard space so our future guests won't be in the snug grilling space outside of our pool. I would like to know what else we can do to provide you with the best service possible. Please reach out to our property if there is anything we can do to make your next stay a little better. Thanks!

Thank you very much for taking the time to rate your recent stay. I apologize if the renovations disrupted you in any way. Additionally, I am very sorry you had a barking dog next to you. We try very hard to ensure this does not happen so for you to have to experience this is extremely disappointing. Lastly, I apologize that the eggs were not up to Parr. We do use liquid eggs at this time but are looking to provide even tastier options by adding omelets and other egg choices to the mix. We hope you will come see us after our renovations and let us provide a better experience.
