Worst customer service

We exclusively stay with the Hilton brand and after this experience and complete lack of customer service we will be switching to another hotel chain. First, it was clean and the typical Homewood presentation. However, breakfast was sparse and didn’t have basics like yogurt etc. our biggest issue came when the airport shuttle was 45 minutes late despite our reservation the night before. We were told several times that the Hampton was going to send their shuttle quickly. It’s the same shuttle! We waited 45 min and nearly missed our flight. With young kids and as a family of 4 with luggage uber was not a realistic option. We voiced our concerns which was “passed to the supervisor and we would hear back in a few days”. After nearly a week we called, left messages, contacted Hilton directly who merely reached out to that site. The manager Amy finally got back to us, promised a future stay and apologized. The night was never received. After 2 weeks we made contact again and was told yes the night will be given and they would give us $150 back bc of our troubles. Neither was received after a month. McDonald’s and Walmart has better customer service than Hilton!

Worst sofa bed we have experienced in a Hilton Hotel, ever! And the bedroom was smelly during all our stay, I’m assuming it came from the carpet. Our toilet was also clogged and we needed to keep an unclogging tool during all our stay. Worst Hilton we have ever been at. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was very good!

We stayed here in anticipation of a very early flight the next morning, but unfortunately the airport shuttle service and free breakfast did not start early enough. However we really enjoyed our stay. Especially the outdoor patio area and firepit, as well as loanable games to play at the tables in the lobby. The desk personnel were helpful and courteous.
