The hotel was nice but our room had trash in it. The trash cans were full of food that wasn’t ours. Our bed had hair and some kind of stain on it. Looked like body fluid. We were tired from our drive from Canada and had no energy to look for another hotel. We just put our blanket on top of the bed and slept. Next morning left. It was a nice and decent size hotel.

Staff was nice, room was fine, pool was small but enjoyable. Hot tub jets were not working. Only 5 were allowed in the pool area. Breakfast was not good at all—disgusting breakfast burrito, miniature muffins, small orange. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one has a lower price but felt cheap.

To be fair, you get what you pay for — however, the website stated that there was a hot tub and free breakfast available. Upon arrival both were unavailable. Should be updated on the website to reflect what’s current during COVID. Walls are paper thin and the other guests were, in a word, horrible. Between 2am arguments and hearing dogs bark all night I can say I barely got any rest. The beds were extremely old and had zero support. The room we were in was right next to the parking lot so as people were warming up their vehicles in the morning the exhaust floated into our room as there is not much insulation. Not my best experience and the added “fees” were absolutely ridiculous. I will never come here again.

Clean, convenient..located in a relatively safe area

This hotel is nice and clean. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed. We did not make use of the pool. Our reservation was for two queen beds but we were given the kitchenette with one bed and a hideabed. No bedding for that so had to go back to desk to get bedding and then make the bed, which, after a 12 hour day of traveling, one just doesnt want to have to do. No breakfast served due to COVID.

The website stated that rollaway beds were available and a continental breakfast. When I went to check in the gentleman at the desk stated they were no longer renting rollaway beds. I explained that we reserved the room with them because the website stated they were available and we needed one due to our party size. He replied, "yaaaa sorry." So a member of our party had to sleep on the window seat. Then, I asked what time breakfast was being served and he said, "Yaaaa we aren't doing that either." I explained that the website stated they were and again that is another reason we reserved a room with them. I told him I understood about Covid but that we stayed at a Super 8 and they even had easy to take to your room items such a yogurt, muffins, fruit etc. I paid roughly $140.00 for this room and will not be staying with them again. If you are going to charge these kind of prices either honor your website or update it to say these are not available.

The staff is very kind and attentive. We could tell from the moment we walked in that everyone was working hard on cleaning. Our stay in Bozeman was very pleasant!

Clean, spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. Conveniently located next to the highway but highway noise was unnoticeable despite our room being at the very end of the building next to the highway.

We were severely disappointed when the hot tub and continental breakfast were both shut down due to COVID. They should have let us know before staying. Other hotels right in the same parking lot had everything open.

Great location and the rooms were clean. Fairly close to Yellowstone.

The room was super clean and pretty. I appreciated the plexus wrap at the counter

The room is old and the beds need replacing. There were beverage stains on the tables near the beds, indicating that the room had not been properly cleaned. This during a global pandemic? Their attention to detail should be over the top, and it is just not there. The beds are have big holes in the middle making a decent night's sleep not attainable.

easy to get to...very nice staff...room was very clean..they did a wonderful job with dealing with the country shut down helping us!!

Great hotel for our Bozeman stay. Clean and convenient. the staff was friendly. Nice pool. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Made a reservation for a double and was only given a single. Hotel was booked so wecould not change rooms.
