The employees were super. I left my favorite pillow in the roomAnn's i called at around 3:00 pm and asked if it has been found. The front desk gentleman took my information and asked if any of the housekeeping staff had seen it and they said "no". The next day i got a call from the housekeeping manager and she had my pillow. She understood having a favorite pillow because she also had a favorite pillow. She sent it out by FedEx and I got it the day I got home. BUT the best part is that there was a drool spot on my pillowcase which was gone! She had washed my drooly pillowcase!!! Now That's exceptional custom service. That is going above and beyond. I say give that woman a raise. I wish I had gotten her name but I hope this comment reaches her.

Trinity and the front desk was super kind, appreciated her hospitality. Rooms were great, the little kitchenette was nice even though we didn’t use it. There is no cold/hot complimentary breakfast just to forewarn any people that like to make assumptions out there. Great one night stay for us on the road.

The room was fine overall with the exception of a very slow drain in the bathroom sink. The lobby was small and a little cramped. The property sits very close to the freeway and it’s pretty noisy. I would give the hotel a rating between 7 and 7.5.

Not very clean. Bathtub had a ring around it, drain would not stand upright to open rather went down and closed. Dirt stained wall next to door/light switch. Bed not comfortable at all
