Loved the pool. Wonderful temp made it enjoyable in the morning and in the afternoon. We enjoyed the basement bar. The entertainment was wonderful. All the restaurants were good, food and drinks. Downside.. we had a room in the back of the hotel which led to a very loud night. We heard delivery trucks and people talking and screaming. We needed ear plugs. Also we did request a humidifier which was on the list of available items. But we never received. We live in a very humid area so the dryness was hard to deal with especially sleeping. I would stay again but request a room away from the alley.

The room was not a 5 star hotel. It was fine but definitely a 3 star hotel. The room was dirty, smelled like urine, had wet spots, the drains didn’t drain properly. The hotel only had one working elevator and was sold out so every time you needed to go up or down it took 5+ minutes each way. The valet was never present when needed. The hotel staff was very nice when we needed them but you can tell they were overwhelmed. For $600 a night it was not worth that amount of money but I can guess it’s because it’s the only listed 5 star that they can charge this.

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. It’s just a short walk to great breakfast spots and bars. The only minor inconvenience was the parking—no on-site self-parking, so we had to park a few blocks away and walk.
