We were put in a room. We found out the blinds would not pull up so we removed to another room. Later that night we discovered that room had no blinds. We were on our way out so at midnight when we came back, we had to move to another room. This was a an extremely large disappointment because we had reserved a handicap room and we removed to a hearing impaired room. My daughter is below the knee and PT and this causes an extreme danger for her to be using a shower or bathroom. So it ruined our trip we are very disappointed and I think our room should be refunded in full.

Clean new and the staff was awesome! There was a dog barking across from us. I called the front desk and told her. She said I will try and get in touch with the owner. About 15 min later the dog was quiet.

Room was very clean upon arrival, staff was very friendly, renovations were taking place but did no affect our stay at all and we did not hear any noise from the construction. I did hace to go downstairs to exchange our linens as no one came but it was no issue, loved our stay
