Not impressed with our experience!

We came to town for a football but we were unable to check-in that afternoon because the computers were down. When we finally checked in and got into our room, there weren't enough towels for all of us staying. The toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom was falling off the wall. Before we even checked out, the staff trying entering our room and to top it all off we were double charged for our room.

First time ever, we found a sparkling clean motel from the new carpets to pristine clean room! Warning to elderly or disabled - there is NO ELEVATOR. As an elderly couple we had a very difficult time getting our things up several flights of stairs to the third floor. I had reserved at the last minute so my bad. Breakfast was standard but fine. Staff was very kind, pet friendly, and our overall experience was great!
