the hotel is undertaking renovations -- the first floor is closed and no elevator for ADA patrons. Many of the amenities listed were closed or non-functioning. The brand new room on 2nd floor had grime in areas easy to clean. The staff didn't respond to critiques of broken soda machines, no ice on 2nd floor, in general dispassionate responses to the needs of their patrons. Approached the staff many times about the problems with the following replies: "I'm just an employee" "It's not that big of a problem" "Have a nice day" You can do a lot better in Bozeman staying clear of this property.
