"I asked for a refrigerator for medication - it didn't work. The checkin was a nightmare, took 2hrs. Then we were told the wrong color elevator. Couldn't find the room. I have a bad back, this process was excruciating. Finally called security to help, thankfully they were able to locate our room. Never again. Bring back real people to check you in and staff that knows where the correct rooms are!"
