I was on the 3rd floor. I could hear people walking above me, having sex, and the TV playing. The housekeeping staff did not clean my room, even though they said they would. They have it set up so that when you get on the elevator, you have to use your key card to go to your floor. Their elevator is very slow. They charge you $30.00 for parking. They have advertised that they have Netflix and Hulu, and they don't. False advertisement

The cleanliness was very good but we did have issues with the shower faucet being stuck and one of our towels had a huge rip. I do appreciate the shuttle service. That makes life easier when we fly.

Very courteous associates at check-in and out. The room was spotless, with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, dishes and dishwasher. Ample space, with a king bed and full size sofa. Very comfortable accommodations. Would highly recommend this hotel.
