The staff was wonderful and it was a clean comfortable place to stay, but it was very noisy. The air conditioning/heating system was so loud in the room that you couldn’t hear the TV. The traffic was so loud it wakes you up first thing in the morning.. The highway actually runs under the hotel. We were on the 12th floor and the noise was enough to wake you up.

Great location for business or leisure travelers who are visiting the greater Boston region. There are two dining options on-site and several restaurants from diners to somewhat higher end options within walking or brief driving distance. For those driving in, the hotel is literally a mess than five minute drive to the Mass Turnpike.

We have been staying at this property for the last years ..every vusit has been amazing. But starting in october our last 4 stays have been horrible. I believe the hotel must be under new management as the hotel has declined..our bathroom was dirty with hair in tub, towels had black stains on them. The way was filthy dirty as it looked as if the moved the cabinet and didnt clean behind it onced the moved it..the floor was freezing, heater didnt work properly as most of the time it threw off cold air. The noise from the road and train underneath made it practically impossible to sleep. My feet were filthy from the carpet. The bathroom sink top moved. And the toilet ran all the time and was very loud. Unfortunately this will be our last stay at this hotel and will be staying elsewere.
