I stayed here on business and knew I wouldn't be on property much. So my expectations weren't high. Yet my experience was just ok. Property was in a fine location, quiet and safe and along a residential neighborhood. The hotel itself was quite worn and beat up. My room didn't look as renovated as it appeared on the website. My bathroom was clean but yet as mentioned, just shabby and road-worn with bubbles in the paint along the baseboard that suspiciously looked it it was probably hiding mold. The shower was clean, but had rust and stains. the room itself looked and felt clean. The bed was very comfortable. The AC takes a while to ramp up once you are in the room. It's loud, but that doesn't really bother me. I usually try to stay in hotels that provide free breakfast when i'm traveling for work. Comparing apples to apples in that sense, I'd rank breakfast here a 4-5 on a scale of 10. It was a selection of packaged breads and pastries, two kinds of soggy eggs, rather sad sausage and then a waffle/pancake machine that was clogged and hard to use both mornings. They also offer cereals, yogurt and various juices. Overall my stay was just ok. I would stay somewhere else next time i'm in town for work.

We arrived late and the night clerk was very kind and friendly. Gave us our room key and a gift bag. Went to the room to find it already occupied. Turned out the previous clerk had moved someone without adjusting things. A bit frustrating. General conditions were ok, but not great. Building and furniture are older and showing their age. Breakfast was ok.

Not organized at all

I arrived and they were understaffed for the hockey team they had their of young girls destroying the property. The parents were there but doing nothing. We waited at the front desk for 15/20 mins finally I called the 800 number to as them to find her so we can check in. The hot tub on day some how got the pump shut off the water was gross they didn’t know when they’d fix it cause they didn’t know when they other maintenance guy would come in. Then they said that night it was fixed but the water was still brown like someone’s old bath water. Again gross. Handrails in stair well were sticky.

There for about an hour kids running in the hall knocking on doors. Someone came about 10:00 to quiet them. Sounded like a parent maybe. Other than that the room was clean, staff super friendly and lots of help.

This will be our new hotel home when visiting Boise, Idaho. The amenities were so wonderful. A lovely and extensive selection of breakfast items was provided, and checkout at noon vs. 11:00 am. We have not experienced such comfortable accommodations in many years at a hotel. Thank you!!!
