Great location

Great place with a great location. Pool was cooler, but the kids still swam. Bed were too firm for us, but we slept okay. Breakfast was excellent.

I’m a frequent traveler. My stay at this hotel was below my expectation. I often went on trips with my elderly aunt staying at hotels that have accommodation for the elderly. I love the room it offers. My aunt died last year. I booked at this hotel with accommodation request and not impressed. All night there was this loud intermittent noise keeping us up. The shower head would not stay up, and the water kept flowing into the bathroom floor (walk-in for handicap guests). We had to use towels to block the water. It was late when we checked in and after we returned from dinner.

The hotel is clean and maintained well (staying in a non-pet room). The room is facing highway so a bit noisy, but not too bad. Has a hot breakfast, not bad, but it’s almost the same things every day.

Good: It was close to the highway without being noisy. Not so good: I was unable to get a receipt for my payment from the front desk clerk - she claimed I had to get it from Expedia (never heard that one before), and was snippy to boot. would appreciate getting the receipt for my tax records.
