Dear guests! Please be aware that there are wild bears in the area that are frequently looking for food. Bears may be attracted to food and can approach homes, cars, and outdoor areas.



For your safety and the safety of your pets:



- Please do not leave food or food scraps on the deck or outside.

- Please keep dogs supervised and do not allow them to roam freely around the property.

- Bears may approach or interact with pets and other animals.

- Always lock your car doors and the doors to the property, as bears in the area have been known to open unsecured doors.



▶ PACKAGE DELIVERIES: Please do not order packages for delivery via USPS, as USPS deliveries cannot be received at the property. For UPS and FedEx deliveries, please use the large bench-style delivery box located at the top of the driveway.



▶ This property is equipped with electricity usage monitors. Excessive electricity consumption will be billed to the guest. The use of external heaters is strictly prohibited.



▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ Pets are not allowed.



▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — this includes the interior of the home, as well as all outdoor areas such as the deck, porch, yard, driveway, and any territory associated with the property.

If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.



▶ TRASH: Please place all trash in the bins located outside. While no specific pickup day is provided, we ask that guests ensure trash is bagged and sealed properly to avoid pests or spills.
