This property is centrally located about 40 minutes from many points of interest. The accommodations are nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The view is beautiful. The host is very responsive.

This property was well appointed and accomodated all of our needs. The layout was perfect for our all adult family of six. We knew in advance that the roads to the property were unpaved requiring 4 wheel drive, but they were extremely rough and difficult to travel. Although, they did lead to beautiful mountain views and privacy.

We were looking for a place in the mountains but close to family in Boulder. This fit that perfectly. The house was great. The kitchen/family room was a great space and the amazing deck right off it. It was all about that view for us. Everyone loved sitting there looking at the Rockies.All the bedrooms were nice. Bathrooms excellent(one did have a leaky door, like pretty much every rental I’ve ever had). We liked the living space downstairs but didn’t use it(a larger group would love it).Only issue to mention is the last 1/2 mile drive there. You don’t get views like this without an uphill drive but it was bit hairy and I wouldn’t like to do it in the winter.

Beautiful Views

Family reunion stay in the mountains. Beautiful views from large deck. Quite a remote location. Rough road approaching rental. I recommend doing all your grocery shopping before you head up the mountain. We shopped in Golden. We cooked all our meals in the rental. Well stocked kitchen as far as dishes, kettles, fry pans, utensils. There is not much of a supply of staples such as cooking oils, spices, alum foil. Bring what you may need.to cook. Accomodations were as described. We did visit Golden Gate State Park and enjoyed the views and a hike. I would recommend this rental.

Our stay was amazing! Just a beautiful view. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of 8. Loved the outside deck. The only thing we wished and there was a blind or shade for the upstairs kids bedroom highest window. Would definitely recommend!

Mountain Get Away!

The property was excellent, plenty of room for my family. We came for a college graduation. It was quite far up the mountain, the views were sensational! Be prepared for the unpaved roads! We spent a few days in Nederland which was amazing, great food and cute shops. Quite a distance to both Denver and Boulder (where we attended a graduation) but a beautiful property overall! Fun if you are looking for a mountain retreat!

Autumn (almost!) solitude

Fantastic property that provides peace and solitude. The property manager was very proactive and helpful. The property is well maintained with great outdoor spaces. The view of surrounding mountains is amazing - we were sure to be home for sunset every night. The drive up the hill is a little rocky, but manageable. On our last day, we were lucky to have a family of 4 moose visit the home and feast on aspen leaves around the house! We'll definitely be back in the future!!!

Mountain Retreat

This retreat was absolutely fantastic! Breathtaking views of the mountains from either deck. The house is perfect and spacious. We made sure to be back every afternoon so we could sit on the deck and watch the sun go down... We will definitely be coming back again!

Cute House IN the Mountains

This place was exactly what I wanted for my 40th birthday. The house was very well kept and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are very large with perfect beds. Master has a great view laying in bed. If you are looking for a get-away into the mountains, this is your place.
