This is a very comfortable house for a family. The air conditioning system is the only thing that seems to be a bit hard to figure out because the basement is very cold when upstairs is warm. Overall a ten!

My family had a great overnight stay at this home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with 2 bedrooms and a bath on the main level and 2 beds/bath in the basement. Lots of room to spread out and the beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning tremendously! There was a light smoke smell upon entry that went away pretty quickly — in case people are sensitive. As others have noted, the upstairs bathroom is just a tub — no shower head. We will stay here again if given the chance.

This house is in a great location, about 5 minutes to most things. Ended up being much bigger on the inside than it looks. Upstairs bathroom doesn't have a shower, only a tub. The downstairs has a shower but it is a very tight fit. Space was clean with super comfy beds.

Unfortunately we were in town for a funeral- but the location of the house was perfect for us. Central location to all the places we needed to be(all within 5 miles). House is in a nice older neighborhood- it was nice we were all able to stay together. Would recommend to others.

Nice place. Note the shower and tub situation though.

This was a really cute space! We even saw young bunnies in the backyard and they were fun to watch! The only thing I would caution visitors is that the upstairs has a tub that is not a shower and the downstairs shower is small. The location was really close to downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood.

Upon arriving to the home, the door was open with only the screen door closed, which made us feel a little uneasy. There were obvious unfinished cleaning and tasks. The host was informed and very quick to respond and form a resolution. Cleaners came back the next day and completed cleaning, however the door code was changed without us being informed. The host had to be contacted again to receive the new number. No further issues were experienced after this. The upstairs bathroom only had a tub and the downstairs is only a shower. The downstairs is also much colder than upstairs. Very close to things we wanted to do and venue. Overall, was a good stay once the cleaning issues were taking care of. Beware of some streets not having stop signs as we almost got in a wreck before getting to the house.
