Beyond disappointing. Check in as at 3p and dozens of wedding guests including my family didn't have a room till 6p or AFTER. My husband waited in the lobby for 3 hours and missed the wedding reception. To travel 350 miles for a wedding and not be able to get in to your hotel room was quite frustrating. Some guests were offered discounts. Some were not. I was not until I complained again in the morning. He gave me $20 off my $187 room. He lowered my sisters bill to $120. Because she "booked differently". He didn't like that i used Orbitz. Not even a sincere apology was given. The front desk office manager was rude and frankly seemed "bothered" by people expecting better. I will say the wedding reception was lovely and staff did a good job. Though I will never stay at the hotel again. Dozens of wedding guests traveled from out of state and couldnt change because the hotel couldn't get rooms cleaned on time. Some of the wedding party didn't into rooms till 7p. Don't book rooms you can't manage. We would have gladly stayed elsewhere if they couldn't handle the volume. We looked for other hotels but they were booked and we'd have inquired the cancelation fee. Complete nonsense. In 30 years of staying at hotels this was in my top 2 worst for customers service. I love Bismarck and spent ten years of my life there. I expected better from Raddison and from the staff. They poorly represented Bismarck.

Margerita at the front desk was awesome. She helped get my reservation corrected even though it was my mistake. However, there was a drunk and loud wedding party going on that no one seemed to be able to control. The elevator from the garage to the lobby broke down. And they didn't even have a refrigerator in the room.

Room looks clean. The deadbolt was engaged and our room door was open when we arrived at our room.

We chise this hotel for its convenient location, but were disappointed in the overall condition and customer service. The hotel was run down and dirty. Our room was filthy the floor had crumbs and stains all over, it smelled musty and smoky and the shower curtains were gross. We asked the front desk to come clean off the pull out sofa and provide us bedding for it and they came and brushed the crumbs from the bed on the floor and gave us 1 sheet for the bed. No pillows, blankets or anything. Horrible stay.

The staffs, room and parking garage were all excellent! We will definitely return for anther stay!.

Comfy beds, good lounge, in walking distance to bars/restaurants, lots of parking.

There was no microwave in room, room was very small for 4 people. There was no good area to potty a dog.

Nice hotel, close to the civic center

The overall facility was very nice and accommodating. We discovered afterwards however that they had a bad case of bedbugs! They contact us and refunded our money and were super apologetic and very helpful in resolving the issue. They brought in experts to eradicate the problem munderstanding. They were v and

Had to switch rooms at the heater was extremely loud. Moved to a different room which the sink was completely plugged. Maintenance took over 2 hours to come up to fix it. He pulled mold out of the sink and it fell on floor and he didn’t clean it up

Our room was filthy the floor had crumbs and stains all over, it smelled musty and smoky and the shower curtains were gross. We asked the front desk to come clean off the pull out sofa and provide us bedding for it and they came and brushed the crumbs from the bed on the floor and gave us 1 sheet for the bed. No pillows, blankets or anything. Horrible stay.
