Went here to try a different hotel in Bismarck. Usually had luck with Radison....Not this one though. We had a Queen with a pull out but didn't have linens and it appeared to be a burden to get us the linens. Parking was unpleasant and tough to come by, our travel companions ended up parking 2 blocks away. Fire alarms went off 3 times during the evening, and it again seemed like a burden to tell us why or if we should be concerned. They then went off again at 130am!!! With no explanation. We understand if kids were messing around, but let us know so we aren't concerned. Beds were hard and uncomfortable?! The restaurant was equally painful. Missed several items we ordered (including drinks that showed up AFTER our meal with a simple "Ooooops, sorry". The food was ok, but cold. I don't have a problem with Radison as I've had luck in the past, but this one won't be on our list.

Good enough for me sleep number beds kind of suck.

it was convient for me my business was only a few miles from hotel. glad there was a restaurant in hotel.

Convenient location for downtown business stay. Sleep number beds where nice but remote controlled both beds. Would be nicer if remotes where different frequencies from each other.

Room was tiny. Lucky was only me and wife would have been on top of each other with kids along. Had to suck up to bathroom sink to be inside and close door. Could have stayed at a motel 6 for twice the room and half the money.

Absolutely hated the sleep number bed. I never did get comfy, and had a really bad night's sleep. Worse was my experience with the parking garage. Got up to the exit and the machine wouldn't recognize the parking ticket. Only one car behind me, so he backed up so I could get out of the way. So, back into the hotel. The young man at the desk was very blasé about it, and told me to just punch the "lost ticket" button.. So I did. But now the machine said my voucher from the hotel was not good. I tried several times (they had given me two), and then decided to back up again. Impossible, as there were now 3 cars in line behind me. So I pulled out cash to pay. At that moment help arrived in the person of a gentleman who works in the hotel. He, after several failed attempts to get my voucher recognized, was able to get ahold of someone at the parking authority to open the gate for me. I'm sure the folks behind me were seething! I will never, ever stay here again.

I have stayed here many times and this is the first time I was thoroughly disappointed. The facility was in middle of a remodel. They did not post on web site.......although at the desk they told me it was. I went back and confirmed it is not noted anywhere on site. This is very disappointing for a family with children that are counting on swimming in the pool and it is closed. Also both days there was NO HOT water for showers. What is the point of staying in a hotel if I can't even get a hot shower.

Radisson is a nice place - right downtown! Location is awesome, several places to eat or hang out nearby and the mall is a very short trek down the hill. Civic Center is just a few blocks as well.

good value for money and excellent for short business trips

The location is great - a lot of great restaurants in the area. One problem we encountered was was that we could not use the parking ramp attached to the hotel. We were hauling a motorcycle in the back of our pickup and that made the load too tall to fit through the entrance to the ramp. There are very few options for other parking in this part of Bismarck

Good value for money, love the sleep number bed, that makes for a comfortable nights sleep. Staff friendly and helpful. I had room service breakfast and it was promptly delivered, hot and plenty of it. I like the coffee amenities, more than enough which is not ussually the case. All in all a great experience, I have stayed here before and no doubt will again

I was there for business and it is likely the nicest place in Bismarck. The surrounding commercial district isnt great, but ideal for doing business near capitol. You need a car to get to the commercial areas and restaurants. Excellent, comfortable bed, with duvet, down pillows, etc. Bathroom basic, but clean, free wifi, work desk. Small room but does the trick.

purpose : attended seminar Missing: instructions on how to use the sleep number system and channel list for the tv...the menu on the tv basically only shows one at at time so you have to wait 5 minutes or more for it to run thru all the channels. The room was crowded with two queens, desk, stuffed chair; so not roomy but since I was alone it was adequate, neat, & clean. With a family, it might be tight. Hotel service very good. Restaurant very good. Parking basically free as part of cost (covered by hotel)

We went to Bismarck to look for a new car and also to get out of town for a little bit. The Hotel was pretty good. It was clean which is a huge plus and it had some good "extras" (pool, exercise room, computer room, ect) The room was very small. The location is great if you are going to need to be in and out of the hospitals and was pretty good for the capital and the mall (very very small mall) but there are not any resturaunts or much else for a good distance! Over all it was alright but I was really kind of disappointed.

Good location, with some nice restaurants within a few blocks. However, the whole place needs to be updated. There is a train that passes close by, which woke me up at 4:20 am. Not much can be done about that.

Everything good.Price,service,etc.Only thing not happy with was that curtains won't close off sunlight completely,I like to sleep in on weekends

There was a some problems with how clean the room was. We reported the problem to night the mananger. With in 15 min. we were moved in to a nicer room at the hotel. Our trip to Bismark was for a family reunion.

I hae been in many hotels and when I called the front desk for a sewing kit they did not have one

I loved the location but thought rooms were small and the internet was very poor.

The rooms were nice, convenient to the capitol and government buildings as well as the hospital and medical builings. Noisy area due to traffic and railroad tracks nearby. Very helpful shuttle service is ready at a moments notice. Room service was excellent and very accomodating!
